AYMNET started its operations in 2009 as AYM Consulting. The company went through this process by means of the development and direct sales of existing products until 2015. As of 2015, through the participation of new business partners and capital increase, AYMNET has extended its scope of activities and targets. Being established with a fully paid-up capital of ₺400,000, the company has increased its capital to ₺800,000 over the years. Finally, on December 1, 2022, it became a Joint Stock Company and increased its fully paid-up capital to ₺2.500.000 and took its place among the giant companies in the sector.

The company was established with 100% domestic and national capital fully paid-up. Licensing its products under the name of AYM, the company uses the AYM ("Aktif Yaşam Merkezi" - Active Life Center) brand as the main brand, since it philosophically symbolizes active life. The company uses Dr. Siamour, Nutriwith and Aym International as its sub-brands.
